divabat; my name is Tiara and this will be my journal for my trip through the WorldSmart Leadership Program.
I'll be updating here as often as I can - I'm not entirely sure I'll have Internet access when I travel.
I'll leave for WorldSmart on July 26th from Malaysia - will be arriving in LA on the 27th or 28th. I'll sped a few days in a relative's house (jetlag's a PAIIIIIN) and then I'll leave for Denver on the 30th. And that's when it all begins.
I have my Schengen visas and should get my Swiss visa by Monday. Add that to the Japan and US visa and I'm all set, woo :D
I'm still waiting for my handbook. The cool Japan office sent me a page scan with details on what to pack, but I still want the handbook damnit. It was supposed to be here 2 months ago. o_O
can't wait for it to start. It's so surreal.
(anyone can make decent icons? or a nice free layout?divabat has a WorldSmart Bling Bling icon but I'd like something else here.)
