I wrote that comment before you replied, and it was 2 weeks - long enough for you to check your email, see that there was a comment notification, and respond. What I found particularly odd what that the comments surrounding mine (before and after) were answered, but not mine or 2-3 people immediately after. Even if you had comment notification off (which doesn't seem like a great idea considering how the business is run), our comments would still have been noticable.
I didn't take it personally - I was coming from the perspective of a potential customer who wanted to be careful. I was prepared to take you at your word because one of my friends, hannahboo, seems to be a happy customer of yours; however, this comment has permanently turned me off your products more than how much feedback you have or how many reports have been made about you.
